 Chief Executive Officer Fran Dirksmeier has 20 years of experience in the healthcare services and supplies industry. Before co-founding Agility he was president of McKesson Medical-Surgical, a $3 billion medical supply and asset distribution company and division of McKesson Corp. (MCK). Fran's prior executive management experience included positions as president and COO of BakerAPS, owned by McKesson; vice president of national accounts for McKesson Health Systems, the company's institutional pharmacy business; vice president of strategic business services for the Medical Group; and president of acute care for the Medical Group. At the start of his career Fran held general management and sales positions with companies including Owens & Minor, Stuart Medical and Concord Laboratories.
 Chief Operating Officer Dan Neuwirth was senior vice president, operations, for McKesson Medical-Surgical before he co-founded Agility. Prior to joining McKesson, Dan was founder and CEO of Mainpath Inc., a supply chain management solutions and services company. He has extensive general management, operations and supply chain experience. is positions have included president of Vantix Logistics, vice-president of logistics for AmeriServe Food Distribution, and various senior executive positions in logistics at PepsiCo Inc.
 Chief Financial Officer Ron Barden has served in a variety of senior financial positions prior to joining Agility. He previously was Corporate Controller of Cadmus Communications, and Managing Director of Reorganization and Senior Vice President & Controller of Heilig-Meyers Company. As Director of Reorganization for Heilig-Meyers Company, Ron served on the board of directors and led the restructuring initiative that resulting in the emergence of The RoomStore as an independent retail furniture chain with 65 stores and over $325 million in annual sales. Ron is a CPA with over ten years experience with Big Four accounting firms and holds an MBA from the College of William & Mary.
 Vice President of Business Development Steve Meredith was vice president, supply chain services for McKesson Medical-Surgical before joining Agility. During his tenure with McKesson, Steve also held the role of director, strategy and business development for the Medical-Surgical group. Steves prior experience includes positions in strategy and operations consulting at a leading global consultancy, in manufacturing management at a $25 billion industrial company, and in various roles with an Internet start-up retailer.
